How to Be Happy or One Universal Rule for Happy Life

I have one suggestion to improve your quality of life straight away…one universal rule for happy life and it is very simple: don’t do anything you don’t want to do. Listen to your soul, it always knows the right answer. Stop overthinking if it’s right or wrong. If you don’t like something, there is nothing to think about.

Don’t like your job? – Quit.

Don’t like this man? – Don’t agree to go out with him.

Don’t like your neighbors? – Move out.

Don’t be afraid to sound rude. Don’t be afraid of positive changes. Because once you decide to stop putting up with what makes you feel bad, nothing really bad can happen. From now on, everything will be better than it was before. Put yourself and your wishes first. Defend your right to a happy life because if you don’t do this, no one will.

Be patient with yourself. Be kind and understanding to yourself. Give yourself time to relax. Do not try to change yourself if it feels wrong.

For example, you don’t like socializing but everyone keeps telling you that you must, because without this skill you won’t succeed in life. Now listen to what I have to say, if you feel bad when thinking about the need to communicate with many people, this is not your path. Follow your path, not paths of other people.

Don’t put up with something that irritates you or makes you unhappy. If it takes you too much time to realize that this is not the place you’d like to be at or not the person you’d like to be with, you may lose a considerable amount of your energy. Energy is vital for your wellbeing. If you produce enough positive energy, it will drive you. You will be able to make all your dreams come true. Everything is possible. Just stop sacrificing your inner comfort. Stop doing what you don’t like and you’ll thrive!
